Responsibilities include handling member inquiries, scheduling, and assisting with program registration while maintaining a friendly, professional presence during evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Able to relate to diverse community groups.
• Excellent PC skills and standard office software.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Position Summary

The Welcome Center Representative at the West Morris Area YMCA are passionate and enthusiastic. • High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Ability to work additional hours (days/evenings) as needed.
• Ability to speak and interact in Spanish (preferred)
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
