Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service associate to work part-time (16-30 hours/week) at the Chambers Creek Welcome Center. The role involves weekend shifts with 1-2 additional days per week, assisting the sales team by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and direct guests
2. Inform guests about amenities, lifestyle, developer experience, and HOA
3. Provide golf cart tours of the community as part of the welcome center experience
4. Distribute marketing collateral and community information to guests
5. Have comprehensive knowledge of our builders and their products to serve guests effectively
6. Assist in maintaining HubSpot CRM and light work in Pipsy, our lot management software
7. Perform administrative duties, including answering phones and directing inquiries
8. Respond timely to questions submitted via the community website
9. Assist Welcome Center Manager with maintaining sales and traffic reports
10. Support realtor relations efforts
11. Help coordinate community and realtor events as needed
12. Track inventory, spec homes, and closings in Pipsy

Requirements

1. Availability to work 2-3 weekends per month
2. Customer service and/or sales experience
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
