Job summary

Soul Center YMCA in Beverly, MA is hiring a Member Services Team Member for the Welcome Center. You’ll be the friendly first contact for members and guests, delivering a positive experience and guiding them to YMCA programs and memberships.

You’ll greet, tour, and assist with membership updates, answer questions, and escalate issues as needed, while upholding YMCA policies. Strong communication, multitasking, and a service-minded attitude are essential in this fast-paced, community-focused role.
