Job summary

The YMCA of the North Shore's Plaistow location is seeking a friendly Member Services team member for a part-time role. You will greet guests, answer questions, give tours, promote programs and memberships, handle check-ins, and connect members to services to support their goals.

Excellent communication and customer service are essential, with reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. This role offers paid training, free membership, and growth opportunities across branches.

• Previous customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities
