Qualifikationen

• Certification in Nutrition, Health Coaching, Wellness Coaching, or related field, or 2+ years in nutrition/health coaching.
• Strong sales background with KPI-driven healthcare or wellness experience.
• 1–2 years of clerical/administrative front-office experience in medical or customer-facing settings.
• Proficient with EMR, scheduling, CRM, and standard office tech.
• Ability to work within Illinois scope-of-practice under physician oversight.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one coaching on nutrition, behavior change, and lifestyle goals per clinic protocols.
• Educate patients on meal planning, portions, supplementation, and program compliance.
• Monitor progress via weight, body composition, and adherence; adjust coaching as needed.
• Conduct consultations to educate and enroll patients into Medi-Weightloss programs.
• Document interactions in EMR; schedule follow-ups and handle front-desk tasks.
• Support sales campaigns, referrals, and team training to improve retention.
