Martin Marietta is seeking a Weighmaster (Scale Clerk) to support our Hastings and Stillwater locations in Minnesota. This full-time seasonal role handles weighing, ticketing, and documentation for customer vehicles and ensures compliance with DOT regulations in a fast-paced industrial setting.

The ideal candidate will balance technical weighing software skills with strong administrative capabilities, effective communication, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• 1–2 years in a construction-related environment preferred.
• Familiarity with scale operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated truck scales and enter data into the ticketing system.
• Ensure DOT compliance for outbound loads.
• Direct truck traffic and serve as communication hub between scale house and field teams.
• Maintain records of tonnage, sales activity, and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist in basic inventory tracking and scale equipment checks.
