Job summary

Athens Services is seeking a Weigh Master for the Irwindale MRF to manage the truck weighing process, record data in the computerized weighing system, and generate daily reports.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, four years’ experience with scale systems, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday 11:30 am–8:00 pm with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate degree preferred.
• Four years’ experience with computerized scale systems and related software/equipment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Inspect paperwork and loads for inbound and outbound trucks; enter all information into the computer.
• Complete daily reports and maintain logs, spreadsheets, and other reports as assigned.
• Monitor and record vehicle gross, tare and net weights; run reports and file documentation.

The duties include, but are not limited to, weighing trucks, recording all information in a computerized weighing system, running reports, and filing. Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all inbound and outbound scale transactions.**Job Description*** Inspect paperwork and loads for inbound and outbound trucks.
