Job summary

Chattanoogaspecialty in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a Weeknight Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role you’ll greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help guide emergency and specialty visits with professionalism.

You will also process payments, maintain medical records, support veterinarians and technicians, and keep reception areas clean. Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, with benefits like health, dental, vision and 401K.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary, emergency, or specialty hospital is preferred.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Veterinary software experience (Instinct, VIA, or similar) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll provide exceptional client service, schedule appointments, answer phones, maintain accurate medical records, process payments, and support veterinarians and technicians to ensure outstanding patient care. You’ll help guide clients through emergency and specialty visits with compassion, professionalism, and clear communication.
