Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a dedicated associate to clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas and maintain a clean workspace. The role involves following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months of experience. Basic ability to read chemical labels is necessary. Pay is hourly with benefits as described in the job posting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 months of experience.
• Ability to read labels for chemical identification.

Responsibilities

• Prep Processing room for washing.
• Power down machines using appropriate procedures.
• Break down equipment for cleaning.
• Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing rooms.
• Use high and low pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140F.
• Use proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS procedures.
• Ability to read labels for chemical identification.
