Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking Youth Mentors to work in recipients' homes across Southeast Michigan, providing one-on-one support and guidance to help build skills and confidence.

You will accompany recipients into the community to broaden experiences and help achieve personal goals, with full and part-time opportunities available. Join a team committed to compassion and positive impact in local neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
