Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement, and skill-building activities.

You will help bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home, with paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting and helping with skill-building activities.
