Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring a Weekend Shift Lead Scheduler (Production Assistant) in Morrow, GA to support production operations. The role emphasizes supervising attendance, coordinating staff, and ensuring proper PPE and attire are in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs.
• Comfort working in cold and wet environments (33–35°F).
• Must participate in orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Track attendance and manage employee sign‑ins
• Provide direction and oversee employees when managers are unavailable
• Check for required PPE and appropriate work attire
• Use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to address issues independently
• Handle challenging conversations professionally without supervision
• Perform general production duties as needed
• Assist Labor Coordinators with daily tasks and employee coordination
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Weekend Shift Lead Scheduler (Production Assistant) roles in Morrow, GA.

Pay: $17-20 / Hour

Shift Options: 6:30am–8:30am and 4pm–6pm, or 6:30am–6pm

Availability: Part‑Time & Full‑Time Opportunities Available

Job Duties
