Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs.
• Comfort working in cold and wet environments (33–35°F).
• Must participate in orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Track attendance and manage employee sign‑ins
• Provide direction and oversee employees when managers are unavailable
• Check for required PPE and appropriate work attire
• Use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to address issues independently
• Handle challenging conversations professionally without supervision
• Perform general production duties as needed
• Assist Labor Coordinators with daily tasks and employee coordination
• Completes any other related tasks as needed
