Responsibilities

1. Ability to work Saturday - Wednesday
2. Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or related field required
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
5. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
6. Proficiency in using dispatching and logistics software; has TMS, YMS, and tracking experience
7. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
