Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing compassionate support, encouraging independence, and assisting with daily activities. You will help with skill-building and community outings to promote personal goals, while adhering to care plans and safety guidelines.

Full and part-time positions available, with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Caregivers with prior caregiving or supportive roles are preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients.
• Support skill-building activities and daily living tasks.
• accompany clients to community activities to promote goals.
