Job summary

ExpertCare is actively seeking reliable Home Health Aides to work one-on-one with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while also taking recipients into the community to foster personal goals outside the home.

We offer full- and part-time opportunities, paid training, a flexible schedule, and a streamlined virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one in-home care to recipients.
