Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing compassionate support, encouraging skill-building, and helping individuals pursue their personal goals.

You will join a team that values empathy, flexibility, and strong communication, with paid training, flexible schedules, and a virtual interview process.

Full and part-time positions are available across the Southeast Michigan community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
