Caroline Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to support residents with compassionate care and daily living activities. You will help maintain comfort, dignity, and respect in daily routines and connections with residents and their families.

Your role emphasizes collaboration with the healthcare team, delivering reliable care, and reinforcing our commitment to compassionate standards.

Qualifications

• Maryland GNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with nursing care procedures and terminology.
• Experience assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Ability to communicate and document care with nurses, physicians, therapists and families.
