Denton Nursing & Rehab in Denton, MD is seeking a Weekend Geriatric Nursing Assistant (CNA-1) to provide compassionate, hands-on resident care and support for daily living activities.

You will work with the care team to document and communicate resident needs, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a warm, respectful environment for residents and their families. This full-time role offers daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Geriatric Nursing Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA-1)
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Familiarity with nursing care procedures and terminology
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship, emotional comfort and support to residents
• Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapist and families regarding resident care
