Job summary

Denton Nursing & Rehab in Denton, MD seeks a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (CNA-1) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care on all shifts. The role emphasizes ADL support, emotional comfort, and proactive communication with nurses and families.

Qualifications

Geriatric Nursing Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA-1)
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Familiarity with nursing care procedures and terminology
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship, emotional comfort and support to residents
• Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapist and families regarding resident care

Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Benefits & Schedule:
