Qualifications

• Maryland GNA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with nursing care procedures and terminology.
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Strong communication with nurses, physicians, therapists and families regarding resident care.
