Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a Weekend Coach for the greater Austin area. This part-time role involves leading introductory youth soccer sessions at parks, preschools, and schools, with weekend shifts typically 8:30–11:30 a.m. Training is provided, with pay during training at $15/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• FBI Criminal Background Check.
• Fully authorized to work in the US without restriction.
• Currently live in the greater Austin metropolitan area.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or obtainable.
• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach weekly sessions at parks, preschools, daycares, and schools.
• Work weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays (8:30–11:30 a.m.).
• Commit to an entire season schedule (8–10 weeks).
• Maintain a safe, fun, and supportive coaching environment.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively with families.
