Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach/Instructor to lead engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8 across the Greater Austin area. The role emphasizes fun and character development through soccer. No advanced experience is required as training will be provided.

Ideal candidates should be dependable, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with children. This position offers an hourly rate of $20-$30 after training and requires a commitment to a seasonal schedule.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass an FBI background check.
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified.
Coaching, teaching, or youth leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly soccer sessions for children ages 2-8.
Create a fun and encouraging environment.
Teach soccer skills and character-building lessons.
Communicate professionally with families.
Serve as a positive role model.
