Job summary

Qualifications

• Pathway options to qualify: degree + experience in child-caring settings.
• Alternate routes include college coursework plus years of experience, or a high school diploma with several years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Empower and coach staff, observing shift dynamics and providing feedback.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining staff-to-resident ratios and program standards.
• Maintain program quality and compliance with MDHHS and licensing requirements.
• Foster a restorative environment and support resident accountability and growth.
• Collaborate with external agencies to support care plans and placements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Two years of accredited college coursework

High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 4 years of experience
