Spectrum Child and Family Services in Detroit is seeking a Weekend Shift Supervisor to lead a 24-hour residential program for youth aged 15 to 19. You will guide frontline staff, model restorative practices, and ensure high-quality care while maintaining safety and program standards.

You will mentor Youth Specialists, collaborate with external agencies, and uphold licensing requirements to support positive outcomes for residents and families in our community.

Qualifications

• Record of no findings on the DHHS Central Registry Clearance.
• Criminal background check clear of felonies.
• Health status confirmed by physical exam and able to perform job duties.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-shift as a hands-on supervisor and mentor Youth Specialists.
• Maintain staff-to-resident ratios and uphold program standards.
• Ensure program compliance with MDHHS and licensing requirements.
• Foster a restorative environment and coordinate with external agencies.
