i9 Sports is seeking a T-Ball/Baseball Coordinator to oversee and elevate our youth baseball program. You will lead weekly sessions by age group and mentor volunteer parent coaches using practice plans provided by i9 Sports, while ensuring a safe, positive, and high-energy experience for children aged 3–8.

The role focuses on hands-on instruction, supervision of sessions, and clear communication with parents and staff across multiple weekend locations during the upcoming fall league.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing, or officiating youth baseball/softball.
• Strong ability to motivate and lead adult volunteers and groups of children.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with parents, players, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly T-Ball and Baseball sessions by age group.
• Mentor and direct volunteer parent coaches with provided practice plans.
• Ensure safety and maintain an inclusive, fun environment for all participants.
