Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing, or officiating baseball/softball required.
• Ability to manage adult volunteers and groups of children.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work every weekend during season.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly T-Ball and Baseball sessions for multiple age groups.
• Mentor volunteer parent coaches using provided practice plans.
