Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a T-Ball Coordinator to enhance the player and coach experience across practices and games. The role requires hands-on involvement with activities and mentoring coaches to deliver the fun, safe, and instructional aspects of the program.

You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches, observe and assist during practices and games, and ensure a positive, customer‑centric environment throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with players, parents, and coaches.
• Coaching experience in youth sports is required or highly preferred.
• Proactive, self-driven individual able to work independently.
• Awareness of safety and risk management during activities.
• Strong ability to build professional relationships with families.
• Must be available on weekends for the season (7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices emphasizing fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service to players and parents.
