Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Missouri seeks a licensed practical nurse to act as the wound team coordinator, guiding skin management program application and clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as LPN in state.
• One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.

• Coordinate and lead weekly wound team rounds and processes, including rounds, measurements, interdisciplinary care plan review, treatment recommendations, physician orders, and required documentation

Objective

A registered licensed nurse designated to act as the coordinator of the center’s wound team to oversee the general application of the skin management program. The following activities are performed as directed or clinically indicated.

Principal Responsibilities
