Job summary

Harborview Health Center Melbourne seeks a Wound Care Nurse - RN/LPN to provide comprehensive wound assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer dressing changes, debridement, and wound irrigation.

You will monitor healing progress, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and uphold infection control standards in a faith-based environment with top pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience as a Wound Care Nurse or in a similar role.
