Job summary

Harborview-Thomaston is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse - RN/LPN to provide high-quality wound care, assessments, and individualized care plans for residents.

You will administer treatments, manage dressings, monitor healing progress, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and uphold infection-control standards in a compassionate, faith-based care environment. Top pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience as a Wound Care Nurse or in a similar role.
