Job summary

Heritage Park Health Center by Harborview is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse - RN/LPN PRN to join our faith-based team. You will assess wounds, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments such as dressing changes, debridement, and irrigation, monitor healing progress, educate patients and families, and document findings accurately.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience as a Wound Care Nurse or in a similar role.
