Crossroads Church seeks a Part-Time Campus Producer to lead weekend production at the Cottage Grove campus. The role oversees audio, lighting, presentation, and service flow, coordinating worship, volunteers, and campus staff to deliver an engaging experience.

The position collaborates with worship leaders and campus leadership, hands-on in front of house operations, and develops volunteers to ensure the campus is not dependent on a single person.

Formación

• High school diploma and related production experience preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams in live, high-pressure environments.
• Experience mixing in live audio; familiarity with professional digital consoles preferred.
• Comfort with lighting software and consoles; knowledge of ProPresenter and Planning Center preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the overall feel and flow of weekend services with worship teams and campus staff.
• Lead technical and service-flow elements for an intentional environment.
• Direct communicators, worship leaders, and production teams during services.
• Program weekly lighting, audio, graphics, and lyric integration.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop production volunteers.
• Oversee campus event production and support youth nights and camps.
• Attend weekly meetings and campus initiatives.
