Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Weekend Shift Supervisor for our Rocky Mount, VA facility. You will lead a production team on weekends, ensuring safe, efficient window assembly and fabrication while coaching operators and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and coach production teams.
• Experience applying lean and 5S principles.
• Strong focus on safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Knowledge of window assembly processes and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the production floor for window assembly and fabrication.
• Maintain quality control by ensuring products meet specs and safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and mentor production workers; plan shifts and tasks based on workload.
• Enforce safety policies and investigate incidents; implement corrective actions.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements and lean initiatives.
• Coordinate with inventory to ensure materials are available and tracked.
• Ensure accurate daily timekeeping and shift handoffs.
