Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled MIG welder/fabricator to produce high-quality welds per blueprints from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Mon-Thu (4x10).

You will read weld symbols, select welding methods, perform first-piece checks with QA, and maintain production records to ensure on-time shipments. The role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a MIG welder/fabricator.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols accurately.
• Proven skill in flat, horizontal, and vertical-up welding.
• Experience welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.

Responsibilities

• Detail-driven with a mindset for efficiency.
