Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN) for a PRN role in Rhode Island. The position offers a schedule of 5 consecutive weekends, with the 6th weekend off, and a daily pay option.

The RN/LPN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and follow individualized care plans within a 170-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. Required are an active Rhode Island RN or LPN license and valid BLS CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current active Rhode Island RN or LPN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care per standards of nursing practice and the plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Daily Pay!

Pay Range: $50-$55 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Rhode Island.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
