Countryside Manor in Fremont, Ohio is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (LPN or RN) to deliver safe, compassionate care to residents on weekends. You will supervise CNAs, follow care plans, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and communicate changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide person-centered care.
