Countryside Manor in Fremont, OH is seeking compassionate CNAs for a Weekend Warrior team. This role focuses on consistent weekend scheduling, ADLs, meals, mobility, and resident-centered care to support our residents and nursing team.

Eligible full-time CNAs receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus within the first year; comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and team recognition in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio CNA certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet Weekend Warrior scheduling requirements.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration.
• Help with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment.
• Provide compassionate and respectful resident-centered care.

Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Warrior team. This opportunity is ideal for CNAs who want a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
