Job summary

The Greens of Weaverville is recruiting LPNs and RNs for a Weekend Warrior Program. Weekend-only shifts on Saturdays and Sundays offer premium pay, flexible 12- or 16-hour options, and the chance to earn more while still making a meaningful impact in long-term care.

You’ll supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, high‑quality resident care, oversee shift operations, and help ensure compliance with clinical standards. Active NC LPN/RN licenses, LTC experience, and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN/RN license
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
