Job summary
The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our Weekend Warrior Program, offering a weekend-only schedule and an additional $3.00 per hour weekend differential. This weekend-focused role provides an opportunity to maximize earnings while keeping weekdays free.
As a Weekend Warrior LPN/RN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise CNAs, lead shift operations, monitor residents, and maintain accurate documentation in a premier Skilled
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN License is required.
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders.
- Supervising and supporting CNAs during daily clinical operations.
- Leading shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality resident care.
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Serving as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team.
