The Greens at Spruce Pine in Spruce Pine, NC is seeking compassionate LPNs for Weekend Warrior roles. Earn an extra $3.00 per hour with weekend shifts, with 12-hour weekend availability and a focus on resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current, active North Carolina LPN license (or multistate with NC authorization).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently within the LPN scope while collaborating with the team.
• Availability to work weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Monitor residents' health, observe changes, and report concerns to the RN or physician.
• Assist with implementing and updating resident care plans under RN direction.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per orders.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and the care team.
• Provide guidance to CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and facility policies.
• Support a positive, respectful work environment.
