Job summary

The Greens at Spruce Pine is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program. Earn an additional $3.00 per hour with weekend-focused shifts and differential pay, with 12-hour weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current, active NC LPN license or multistate license with NC authorization.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while promoting resident comfort, dignity and safety.
• Monitor residents' health, observe changes, and report concerns to RN/physician.
• Assist with implementing and updating individualized care plans under RN direction.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and nursing regulations.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care.
