Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life in Montgomery County, PA is hiring Weekend Warrior CNAs to support residents with daily activities, provide compassionate care, and contribute to a welcoming, safe environment.

This weekend program offers 12- or 8-hour shifts with weekend differential of $4.00 per hour and benefits for eligible full-time staff, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for career growth. Current CNA certification required; reliable attendance essential.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care while respecting each resident’s dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff and the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Looking for a rewarding CNA opportunity with great weekend pay and a flexible schedule? Come join the team at Horsham Center for Jewish Life, a 324-bed long-term care community committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

We are looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program.

As a Weekend Warrior CNA, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while receiving an additional $4.00 per hour weekend differential.

Weekend Shift Opportunities

12-Hour Shift

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Reliable transportation required.)

8-Hour Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
