This weekend program offers 12- or 8-hour shifts with weekend differential of $4.00 per hour and benefits for eligible full-time staff, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for career growth. Current CNA certification required; reliable attendance essential.

We are looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program.
As a Weekend Warrior CNA, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while receiving an additional $4.00 per hour weekend differential.
12-Hour Shift
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Reliable transportation required.)
8-Hour Shifts
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide compassionate, person-centered care while respecting each resident’s dignity and independence.
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
Help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For
Current CNA certification required
Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled weekend shifts
