Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care community seeking caring CNAs to join our nursing team in Horsham, PA. You will help residents with daily activities, promote dignity, comfort, and independence, and build meaningful relationships with those we serve.

We offer multiple shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, and 7:00 AM–7:00 PM day shift with transportation assistance). Growth opportunities and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Current CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Monitor residents and report changes in their physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs and help maintain their safety and well‑being.
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility as appropriate.
• Work closely with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide respectful, compassionate support.
