Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life in Horsham, PA is seeking caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our 324-bed long-term care community. You will provide hands-on, person-centered care, building meaningful relationships with residents and helping them feel comfortable, respected, and supported.

We offer day, evening, and night shifts with competitive pay, shift differentials, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Monitor residents and report changes in their condition to the nursing team.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs and help maintain safety and well-being.
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility as appropriate.
• Work closely with nurses and other care team members.
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide respectful, compassionate support.

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care community committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

We are currently looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing nursing team.

As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing hands-on care and helping them feel comfortable, respected, and supported each day.

Available Shifts

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

12-Hour Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Reliable transportation required.)
