ClearView Healthcare Management in Midtown Memphis is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs for a weekend shift 7a-7p. Join a resident-centered team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and positive daily care.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and monitoring changes, while reporting to nurses to ensure high-quality care for residents. We offer quarterly raises, tuition reimbursement, a 401K, and DailyPay, plus uniforms and shift differentials recognizing weekend work.

Qualifications

• At least one year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Current state CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Observe changes and report to nursing staff promptly.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and teammates.

CNAs are responsible for the following:

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving, and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions to nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Reporting abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Demonstrating the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

CNA Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.
• Current state certification as a CNA
