Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior CNA in Rhode Island. This PRN position requires providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents while working with licensed staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Weekend shifts involve working five weekends in a row with the sixth off, offering daily pay and competitive hourly pay of $25. The CNA must hold an active Rhode Island license and BLS/CPR certification, demonstrating teamwork, reliability, and strong

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active Rhode Island CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
