Job summary

Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time roles on all shifts. The facility offers competitive hourly pay, sign-on bonuses, and weekend/weekday shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

$5 PIB

$2 Shift Diff for Weekends

$1.50 Shift Diff for 11 AM- 3 PM Weekday

$2 Shift Diff for 11 PM- 7 AM Weekday

$20 - $33 an hour (all inclusive)

Sign-On Bonus - Full-Time $3,000 and $1,500 part-time
