Job summary

The Greens at Weaverville is seeking a Weekend Warrior CNA to join our dedicated care team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and personal care while coordinating with RNs and LPNs in a warm, resident-centered environment.

We offer training, supportive team culture, weekend-only schedule options (Friday–Sunday), and a benefits package including insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Current North Carolina CNA Certification required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care).
• Support residents with mobility, meals, and overall comfort.
• Collaborate with RNs and LPNs to deliver resident-centered care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and families.

• Flexible 12-hour or 16-hour shifts

As a Weekend Warrior CNA, you'll play an important role in enhancing the lives of our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Supporting residents with mobility, meals, and overall comfort
• Working alongside RNs and LPNs to deliver exceptional resident-centered care
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and their families
