The Greens at Spruce Pine in Spruce Pine, NC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

We offer Full-Time & Part-Time positions with Day, Evening, and Night shifts, same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs. Grow with a career ladder and supportive leadership as you deliver outstanding resident care.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude expected.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting resident information.
• Supporting residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will make a meaningful impact every day by:
